Lisa combined her interest in technology and human behaviour in the master Design for Interaction at TU Delft. She analyses a situation from the perspective of the consumer and the groups of people involved.
Besides (service) design, Lisa has experience in (agile) organization design, process design and IT implementation.
She is committed, result oriented and enjoys finding a connection between conflicting interests. She walks the extra mile with a positive spirit when working in multidisciplinary teams to find suitable and creative solutions.
