Our recruitment process is therefore focused on finding authentic people who self-reflect and want to have an impactful collaboration with their colleagues. During the recruitment process and the onboarding weeks we discuss our personal profiles based on Motivation Insights1 and MBTI2. This helps to grow our understanding of each other.
