Robert is a team player who enjoys seeing everyone reach their absolute best versions of themselves. He joined Anderson MacGyver in the spring of 2024 to write his master’s thesis, focusing on how organizations adopt technology to drive their business. His research specifically delves into identifying the barriers and drivers that organizations encounter in the adoption process, aiming to uncover valuable insights.

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management at KTH, Robert has cultivated a diverse skill set through various academic and professional projects, often centred around utilizing technology to optimize business functions. He firmly believes in the power of teamwork and robust relationships to not only meet but surpass goals. With a commitment to excellence, he employs his analytical problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in finding creative solutions to drive success.
