Cliff is an enthusiastic business and IT professional. During his career he has been the interface between business and IT, where he has gained valuable experience. Cliff easily communicates at different levels of the organisation and is able to translate IT-concepts to management.

Cliff has gained extensive first-hand knowledge on AGILE, by working in environments where it is implemented. In his working career he has gained a lot of hands-on experience in AGILE environments. He has worked in various roles: as project manager, manager IT Development and product-owner. And he has led an AGILE transformation.

He has developed his managerial skills on large programs (converting 460 retail-stores to one store-formula / ERP-implementation) and in different line management functions.
