Through his studies and career at an international bank he knows how data and technology can be strategically used to create value for organizations and society at large. Next to being subject to a large agile transformation, he was a leading force in the transformation to a data-driven organization. This enables him to see the importance of bringing the interests of indivuals and the organization together to create sustainable change. ​
