John Pieter Hennink
Legal Consultant
John Pieter is a specialist within Anderson MacGyver in all legal aspects related to IT outsourcing.
He has more than 25 years of (international) experience in the IT industry where he as assisted clients in compiling, evaluating and (re)negotiating IT contracts. This ranges from general purchasing conditions to complex international IT outsourcing contracts. John Pieter has worked for almost 10 years as a legal counsel for the Northern European region of Electronic Data Systems (now HP). He has also worked in legal positions at other companies in the IT industry. From 2003, he works as an independent legal advisor, for, amongst others, Anderson MacGyver.
