For the position of medior consultant you have a ‘WO level’ (university level) way of working and thinking with 3 – 8 years of work experience and you are fluent in Dutch or Swedish and English.
Vacancy: Senior Consultant
For the position of senior consultant you have a ‘WO level’ (university level) way of working and thinking with over 8 years of work experience and you are fluent in Dutch or Swedish and English. And on top of the criteria for Medior Consultant you have:
- The ability to quickly switch among strategic, tactical, and operational level
- Proficient stakeholder management
- Program management and experience with guiding Junior and Medior Consultants
- An inspirator and specialist in the requested focus areas
- Account management and expansion of the customer portfolio
- Bringing an active network is an advantage
