Fabian has practical experience in dealing with IT & business alignment issues. Due to his diverse roles, mostly within transition and transformation projects, he has a good insight into the opportunities and challenges to provide a good customer service.
Because of his involvement in softwareselections and subsequent transitions, he realizes how important it is to look at IT services from the customer’s perspective and to properly align their implementation.
